About

Lucas Cecilio’s work sits at the intersection of theology of work, vocational formation, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. He serves in ministry and writes and speaks on vocation, formation, and the meaning of work in contemporary life.

He is a next-generation ministry leader based in the United States and a graduate student in ministry and leadership. His work focuses on helping individuals and communities recover a coherent vision of work, responsibility, and formation in an age shaped by rapid cultural and technological change.

Lucas’s writing and teaching explore how faith, character, and long-term vision shape the way people live, lead, and labor. He is particularly interested in how work forms the inner life, how vocation is discerned over time, and how institutions—both sacred and secular—can cultivate responsibility, wisdom, and human flourishing.

He is the co-author of Cresça com Fundamento, a book on leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal formation. He also writes regularly on theology, vocation, and leadership through long-form essays and public commentary, and teaches in church and educational contexts.

Lucas lives in the United States with his wife, Laura, and their daughter, Amelia.
